The Internet of Things (IoT) 
describes the network of physical objects - “things” - that are embedded with sensors, processing ability, software and other technologies for the purpose of connecting and exchanging data with other devvices and systems over the internet or other communication networks.
This project covers the fundamental concepts of IoT through the development of a smart home 
automation and security system with a design protype in Tinkercad, Software Design, building the hardware from IoT Tech Core Kit and programming within Arduino IDE.
